Accessibility
Designing with everyone in mind—and always learning how to do better.
Accessibility matters. At Telecharge, we’ve kept accessibility in mind from the very beginning—not just as a checklist, but as a commitment to inclusion and usability for everyone.
We aim to ensure that our content is:
- Perceivable — available to people using screen readers, assistive tech, or alternative input devices
- Operable — navigable by keyboard and responsive to user needs
- Understandable — written clearly, with predictable design patterns
- Robust — built with clean, semantic code that works across a wide range of devices and tools
We’re not perfect, but we’re paying attention. We audit our own site with accessibility checks when we deploy new features and fix what we can, when we can.
We also recognize that accessibility isn’t one-size-fits-all. There are always more perspectives to learn from and more ways we can do better.
How are we doing?
Accessibility is shaped by lived experience. We know we may not always be aware of every situation or challenge someone might face.
If you’ve encountered something on the site that made access harder—or have suggestions for how we can improve—we’d love to hear from you.
